Wyoming Corporate Law Blog

Why A Corporate Law Blog?

mark pierce

Welcome to the corporate law portion of our blog. Here we focus on legal, and other, issues facing business owners. We focus primarily on Wyoming, Delaware and Florida LLCs.

The idea is to provide less abstract advice than the primary portion of our website. While discussing the abstract benefits of a corporate veil is certainly important, people often wonder how it affects their specific situation. While our business blog is no substitute for legal advice, it should provide stimulating tidbits which get you thinking.

For example, it's nice to discuss holding companies, but what about the question of whether an LLC be a holding company or whether using an LLC to own crypto-currencies is a good idea?

Note, the information herein is general and should not be taken as legal or accounting advice. Please seek professional advice before embarking upon any legal or tax strategies. Our Wyoming business attorney is happy to help.
