    Navigating Our Recent Service Changes

Based on overwhelming customer requests to automate the process, we have developed and implemented a new auto-renewal process. This process is different from our previously offered service, but will lead to far superior company compliance.

The information on this page is meant to help you understand and navigate our recent service changes. If you have any questions, we have a team of professionals ready to reply. Simply login to your portal and select "Support Hub" from the navigation menu on the left-hand side for assistance.

    What is Auto-Renewal?

Why Did We Make These Changes?

The enhancements we have made to our Renewal Bundle are designed by to increase your asset protection. Failing to maintain adequate company records (like having an Operating Agreement and preparing Annual Meeting Minutes) and opening a Bank Account for your company can weaken the asset protection your company was established to provide.

Consequences of Insufficient Funds and Late Payments

Please take a moment to review your annual report to ensure you have the most up to date information. Visit the billing page in your client portal to review your account, and ensure your credit card information is up to date and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

This charge will cover the necessary fees, including state filing fees, associated with your account renewal.

If we are unable to charge the card on file before the deadline, you will be subject to a 10% late fee, and any late fees required by the Secretary of State. Failure to file by the deadline will result in the company being marked as delinquent, and a public notice will be attached to your company's Secretary of State page.

Any account that is delinquent 60 days past the deadline will be dissolved, leading to a loss of the asset protection benefits provided under the state law.

If you have any concerns regarding the payment process or if you need to update your credit card information, please contact our customer support team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth renewal process.
