Wyoming LLC Attorney vs Bizee (Formerly Incfile): Which Fits a Wyoming LLC? (2026)

By Andrew Pierce, CEO of Wyoming LLC Attorney · Updated November 2026

Disclosure: Wyoming LLC Attorney publishes this comparison. Prices were checked on each company's website in November 2026 and are subject to change. Wyoming LLC Attorney is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and is not affiliated with any government or state agency.

Wyoming LLC Attorney fits owners who want a private Wyoming filing, an anonymous holding company, and one monthly plan covering the registered agent, business address, and annual report. Bizee, formerly Incfile, fits owners who want the lowest price on day one: a $0 package plus the state fee, with the first year of registered agent service included. Incfile.com now redirects to bizee.com, so this page covers both names. Bizee is lower for the first two years of one Wyoming LLC. Wyoming LLC Attorney is lower from year three, with the same services counted on both sides: $858.64 against $882 over three years, and $1,338.40 against $1,562 over five, if you also want the annual report filed for you. If you file it yourself, Bizee stays lower.

This guide compares the two on privacy, asset protection, holding companies, cost, filing speed, your registered agent and address, annual reports, setup, forming from outside the US, and attorney access. Prices come from each company's own pages and the Wyoming Secretary of State, checked on November 4, 2026.

At a glance for a Wyoming holding company

A holding company is one parent LLC that owns other LLCs, often one per property or business. Wyoming LLC Attorney's International+ package is $399 one-time and covers the parent and its first subsidiary. A company on its $49.99/month Virtual Office+ plan can form one subsidiary for the state fee alone. We found no multi-company package on the Bizee pages we checked.

What matters most when you form a business entity in Wyoming

Most owners choose Wyoming for privacy, asset protection, low state fees, and simple upkeep. Compare services on these nine points:

    1. Keeping your name off the state filing
    2. Protecting your assets, and growing into a holding company
    3. What your Wyoming entity really costs over three and five years, not only on day one
    4. How fast your filing is submitted
    5. Your registered agent and business address
    6. Filing your annual report every year
    7. How easy setup is, and who helps you
    8. Forming from outside the US without an SSN
    9. Access to a licensed business attorney

Keeping your name off the Wyoming filing

Information on a Wyoming filing "will be public upon filing," according to the Wyoming Secretary of State. The Articles of Organization do not ask for members or managers, but an organizer signs them, so whoever files for you decides whose name goes on the record.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney keeps your name private

Wyoming LLC Attorney acts as the organizer on the Wyoming LLCs it forms, so its name goes on the filing instead of yours. In its words: "Only the organizer of the company, which is us, is known to the Secretary of State. Your name does not appear on the formation documents" (Form a Wyoming LLC). Anonymous and private filing is included in every package, starting with the $99 Starter (plus the required monthly plan), and its privacy page states: "Every WY LLC we file is private." Keeping your name off the state filing does not keep it from banks, the IRS, or a court that requires it.

    How Bizee handles privacy

We found no anonymous LLC product on the Bizee pages we checked. It publishes an anonymous LLC guide that names Wyoming among the states where anonymity is possible ("Delaware, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Nevada"), and the privacy product on its order page is a virtual business address at $29 a month with the first month free, described as a way to "Keep your home address off public filings." Its order page lists a "Statement of Organizer" among included documents but does not say whose name goes on the Articles.

    Which to choose for privacy

Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you want your name off the Wyoming filing itself, with private filing in every package from the $99 Starter (plus the required monthly plan) and an anonymous holding company built on it. Bizee's address product keeps a home address off public filings, which is a different job, and its guide explains the steps. As one customer put it: "I would highly recommend anyone wishing to start up an anonymous LLC to go with Wyoming LLC Attorney." (Wayde Stallard, Trustpilot, November 1, 2024)

Protecting your assets, and growing into a holding company

Many owners form in Wyoming for asset protection, often with a holding company: one parent LLC that owns other LLCs, frequently one per property, business, or asset (Wyoming LLC Attorney). Wyoming's charging-order protection is a core reason the structure is built there.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney handles asset protection and holding companies

Wyoming LLC Attorney sets up Wyoming holding companies, including anonymous holding companies, where a private Wyoming holding LLC is the listed owner of your operating LLC. It guides you through the setup steps and provides resources built for it; it does not give legal advice, act as your law firm, or design a legal structure for you. Its International+ package ($399, plus the required monthly plan) includes one foreign entity filing or one subsidiary, with the subsidiary's first month of plan free and its own plan after that, and a company on its $49.99/month Virtual Office+ plan can form one subsidiary for the state fee alone. Each company keeps its own compliance plan. Trusts are not part of any plan; a trust consultation is booked separately. For companies in other states, its sister brand, LLC Attorney, forms companies in all 50 states.

How Bizee handles holding companies and asset protection

Bizee's holding company content is a guide, not a product. Its parent LLC and subsidiary guide explains how to create the structure, and the LLC, order, and guide pages we checked list no parent-and-subsidiary package and no transfer service. We found no trust or estate planning service on the pages we checked. What Bizee does well is volume: its state selector covers every state, so one account can file in many of them.

Which to choose for asset protection and holding companies

Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you are building a Wyoming holding company, protecting real estate or other assets, or running one LLC per property; LLC Attorney covers companies in other states. Bizee fits a simple single-LLC filing where you will handle the structure yourself. One customer wrote: "I wanted to structure my LLC's to be managed by my holding company, and Sarah Curren was extremely helpful." (Rosalio Altamirano, Trustpilot, November 14, 2024)

What a Wyoming business entity really costs with each service

Bizee costs less than Wyoming LLC Attorney on day one and through year two, and its first-year registered agent is free. Every Wyoming entity needs a registered agent, and annual reports are due every year (Wyoming Secretary of State), so the real price is what you pay in year one and every year after. Bizee says that "unlike companies that charge annual fees, our formation fee is one-time." The formation fee is, but the registered agent and annual report filing are billed each year.

Wyoming LLC Attorney vs Bizee pricing by package

One-time formation package prices for a single LLC, before the Wyoming state fee. A monthly plan is required with each Wyoming LLC Attorney order.

    What these prices actually mean

    • Wyoming LLC Attorney's $99 Starter buys an operating agreement, Articles of Organization prepared and filed, anonymous and private filing with Wyoming LLC Attorney as organizer, organizational minutes, a resolution to open a bank account, bank application support, and access to book a consultation with an independent attorney.
    • Every year after, Wyoming LLC Attorney's $14.99/month Standard plan covers the registered agent, annual report filing, and a physical business address for $179.88 a year. At Bizee the registered agent and annual report filing cost $340 a year ($149 + $191) from year two, before any virtual address.
    • Bizee's $0 Basic package leaves out the operating agreement, which is a $99 add-on, and the EIN, which is $70. Bizee's Standard package at $199 includes both.

Three-year and five-year cost for one Wyoming LLC, same services

Assumptions: Wyoming LLC Attorney Starter ($99, one-time) plus the Standard plan ($14.99/month). Bizee's Basic package ($0) with the $99 operating agreement add-on, a state fee of $103 as shown in its order flow, the registered agent free in year one and $149 a year after, and annual report filing at $129 plus $62 per report. Both sides count annual reports for the years after the first. Bizee's $103 and $62 are higher than Wyoming's $100 and $60, and its pages do not say why. At Wyoming's figures Bizee's totals are $875 and $1,551, and the order does not change. Other online card fees are not counted. The totals do not include an EIN (shown separately below).

    Wyoming LLC Attorney's first year is $378.88 ($99 + $100 + $179.88); Bizee's is $202 ($99 + $103). After that, Wyoming LLC Attorney costs $239.88 a year ($179.88 plan + $60 Wyoming tax) and Bizee costs $340 a year ($149 + $129 + $62). The $100.12 yearly difference closes the early gap by year three:

    Bizee (formerly Incfile)$202$542$882$1,222$1,562

Bizee is lower through year two, and Wyoming LLC Attorney is lower from year three. If you file the annual report yourself and pay only Wyoming's $60 tax, Bizee is lower at every point we priced: $620 over three years and $1,038 over five. Wyoming's annual report license tax is $60 or two-tenths of a mill on the dollar of Wyoming assets, whichever is greater (Wyoming Secretary of State). Prices are current list rates as of November 4, 2026.

If you also need an EIN

Wyoming LLC Attorney's Professional package ($199) adds an EIN and a certificate of good standing; Bizee's Standard package ($199) adds the operating agreement and an EIN. On those packages the totals are:

Wyoming LLC Attorney (Professional + Standard plan)Bizee (formerly Incfile) (Standard)
    Total after three years$958.64$982
    Total after five years$1,438.40$1,662

Wyoming LLC Attorney's Professional package adds $100 to the Starter totals; Bizee's Standard package is $199 against $99 for Basic with the operating agreement, a $100 difference. Bizee is lower through year two on these packages as well, and Wyoming LLC Attorney is lower from year three.

What a holding company costs, as each service prices it

Assumptions: a parent plus one subsidiary. Wyoming LLC Attorney: the International+ package ($399, one-time, covering the parent and its first subsidiary), two $100 Wyoming filing fees, and a $14.99/month Standard plan for each company, less the subsidiary's free first month ($14.99). Bizee: two separate orders, each priced as in the one-LLC table above (Basic plus the $99 operating agreement); Bizee's pages list no multi-company discount, so each LLC is priced as a separate order at list rates. The Wyoming annual report tax is counted for both companies on both sides, and EINs ($70 each on Basic) are left out of the Bizee totals; International+ includes an EIN through its Professional-level features.

    Wyoming LLC AttorneyBizee (formerly Incfile)

    Two companies, total after five years$2,862.81$3,124 (2 x $1,562)

Bizee is lower for two companies through year three, and Wyoming LLC Attorney is lower from year four ($2,383.05 against $2,444). What differs is what the money buys: an anonymous parent and a first subsidiary in one package, against two separate standard LLC orders.

    Which to choose for cost

If the lowest price on day one decides it, Bizee wins: $103 against $199 plus the required $14.99/month plan to start, with the first year of registered agent service free. Over the first two years it stays lower. Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you will keep the company three years or more, or if you want annual meeting minutes, and the registered agent, address, and annual report filing in one monthly plan, with private filing in the package price. "Amazing phone support and assistance during and after sign up. Very organized web portal and interface. Good all the way around. And best of all not pushy, just informative." (Trustpilot review, July 20, 2026)

How fast your Wyoming filing is submitted

The IRS says to "form your entity through the secretary of state before you apply for an EIN" (IRS). In Wyoming, a company filed online "is active as soon as the online filing process is completed" (Wyoming Secretary of State).

How Wyoming LLC Attorney files your LLC fast

Wyoming LLC Attorney's website carries a guarantee: "Your filing will be submitted within 24 business hours or we'll refund your payment." The guarantee applies to every package. Its online filing forms "take 10 minutes to complete." For a company within the hour, its separate instant formation option ($249 flat plus the state fee) files a Wyoming LLC in 60 minutes during business hours, or the $249 fee is refunded.

    How Bizee handles filing speed

Bizee's Wyoming pricing labels standard speed "3 Weeks" and an expedited option "1 Business Day." The expedited option costs $50 more on Basic and Standard and is included in Premium. Its filing time guide says "Bizee submits your filing within one business day," with state processing after that. The pages do not explain how that fits with the "3 Weeks" label. We did not find a refund promise tied to either label on the pages checked.

    Which to choose for speed

Both companies state a submission time, and neither charges extra for it. Wyoming LLC Attorney's carries a refund when it is missed; we found no refund tied to Bizee's on the pages checked. If Wyoming timing matters, ask Bizee about its "3 Weeks" label or pay the $50 for "1 Business Day."

Your registered agent and business address

Every Wyoming business entity needs a registered agent to accept service of process (Wyoming Secretary of State), and "the registered agent must have a physical address in Wyoming" (Articles of Organization). That address is not automatically one you can use for your website, bank account, or mail.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney covers your agent and address

Wyoming LLC Attorney's $14.99/month Standard plan bundles your registered agent, a physical business address, annual report filing, annual meeting minutes, and five free mail scans a year in one plan. Its registered agent office is at 1309 Coffeen Ave in Sheridan, Wyoming, and every client gets a portal for documents and filings. The $49.99/month Virtual Office+ plan adds a unique Wyoming business address, a lease, phone forwarding, and unlimited mail scans.

How Bizee handles your agent and address

Bizee includes the first year of registered agent service with every formation, a $149-a-year value, and the stand-alone service then costs $149 a year (Bizee). That free first year is a real advantage for a company that may not last. A business address is a separate product: Bizee's order page lists a virtual business address at $29 a month with the first month free.

Which to choose for your agent and address

Bizee is the choice if a free first year of registered agent service matters most, or if you want the agent alone. Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you want the agent, a physical business address, annual meeting minutes, and annual report filing in one monthly plan from a company that works on Wyoming entities. It holds 4.5 on Trustpilot, more than 900 reviews (checked November 4, 2026).

Staying in good standing every year

Wyoming annual reports "are due every year on the first day of the month in which the company was filed" (Wyoming Secretary of State), with a license tax of at least $60. An LLC that falls behind can be dissolved by the state, which puts the liability protection you formed it for at risk.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney handles annual reports

Wyoming LLC Attorney files your annual report as part of every compliance plan, starting with the $14.99/month Standard plan. You pay the state's license tax, which starts at $60. The plan also prepares annual meeting minutes, so your company records stay in order.

    How Bizee handles annual reports

Bizee's annual report service lists Wyoming LLCs as an annual filing with a $62 state fee and a $129 Bizee filing fee, $191 per report in total. Its Premium package also includes lifetime compliance alerts.

Which to choose for ongoing compliance

Both services file the report for you. Bizee charges per report, and Wyoming LLC Attorney includes it in the monthly plan. Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you want annual report filing and annual meeting minutes without a separate per-report charge.

Setting up your Wyoming entity and who helps you

Forming on your own means checking name availability, completing the Articles of Organization, getting your registered agent's consent, and tracking your annual report date (Wyoming Secretary of State). A good service takes those steps off your plate and has a person ready for questions.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney makes setup easy

Wyoming LLC Attorney's online filing forms "take 10 minutes to complete," and its advisors answer the phone at +1-307-683-0983. For a holding company, the advisors guide you through the setup, including moving existing LLCs under the parent; they do not give legal advice, act as your law firm, or design a legal structure for you. After formation, a client portal keeps your documents and filings in one place.

    How Bizee handles setup

Bizee is the larger company by customers: it says "Over 1,000,000 Entrepreneurs Served" and has been "Bootstrapped, Founder Led, Independently Owned Since 2004." Its Trustpilot profile, which includes the Incfile history, shows 4.8 from more than 26,000 reviews (Trustpilot, checked November 4, 2026). That is a much larger review base than ours and a real strength. Bizee's order flow is built around add-ons, so the $0 starting price grows with each item you add.

Which to choose for an easy setup

Bizee's scale and review base favor it for a simple filing you will manage yourself. Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you want a 10-minute form and advisors who work on Wyoming entities, including holding company setups. "It was such a pleasure working with Victor on the phone today setting up my LLC." (Michele, Trustpilot, June 17, 2026)

Forming a Wyoming LLC from outside the US

Wyoming's Articles of Organization ask for no owner information, so you can form from outside the US. The EIN is harder: the IRS online application requires the responsible party's SSN or ITIN, and applicants whose principal place of business is outside the US "apply by phone, fax or mail" (IRS). A US business bank account is usually the next step.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney helps non-US owners

Wyoming LLC Attorney's International+ package ($399 once, plus the required monthly plan) includes a foreign EIN, an apostille, a Certificate of Incumbency, and one subsidiary or foreign entity filing. For banking, "You do not have to travel to the USA or have a SSN," Wyoming LLC Attorney says, and when it forms your LLC it prepares and submits your business bank application to its partner bank. The bank makes the final decision, and partner banks cannot accept owners from some countries. The IRS, not the filing service, sets how long an EIN takes for applicants without an SSN.

How Bizee handles owners outside the US

The pages we checked list no foreign EIN service. Its home page mentions "connecting you to banking partners" without describing a non-resident service, so a non-US owner would need to confirm with Bizee what it covers.

Which to choose for forming from outside the US

Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you want the foreign EIN, apostille, Certificate of Incumbency, a first subsidiary, and a submitted bank application in one package. "For someone outside of the USA this was insanely easy, extremely well done and great information online, via email and via phone." (Perr, Trustpilot, February 25, 2026)

Getting answers from a business attorney

You do not need a lawyer to file a Wyoming LLC; the Wyoming Secretary of State accepts filings online. Questions about taxes, adding owners, or asset protection can still come up after you form.

How Wyoming LLC Attorney connects you with attorneys

Every Wyoming LLC Attorney package includes access to book a consultation, starting with the $99 Starter (plus the required monthly plan). You can book a consultation with a licensed business attorney, including attorneys admitted to practice in Wyoming. Consultations are with the attorneys' own law firms, which are not affiliated with Wyoming LLC Attorney, and the attorneys set their own fees. Any terms for a consultation are between you and the attorney's firm. Wyoming LLC Attorney is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

    How Bizee handles legal questions

Bizee's LLC page says "Bizee is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice." The navigation on its home page lists a free Tax & Accounting Consult; we did not read its scope. We found no route to an attorney on the pages we checked.

Which to choose for attorney access

Wyoming LLC Attorney is the choice if you want to be able to book a consultation with an independent licensed business attorney, at the attorney's own law firm, while working with the company that formed your LLC. Bizee's free tax and accounting consult is worth a look if your questions are about taxes.

Wyoming LLC Attorney or Bizee (Incfile): which should you choose?

    Frequently asked questions

Is Incfile the same company as Bizee?

Yes. Incfile is Bizee's former name. Incfile.com redirects to bizee.com, and Bizee's page "Incfile Is Now Bizee" says the leadership and operating team are the same. This comparison covers both names.

How much does a Wyoming LLC cost with Wyoming LLC Attorney?

Wyoming LLC Attorney's Starter package is $99 plus the $100 Wyoming filing fee, paid once, and includes the operating agreement and private filing. The required $14.99/month Standard plan covers the registered agent, a physical business address, and annual report filing, so year one totals $378.88 and each later year is about $240 including Wyoming's $60 minimum annual license tax.

Which costs less over time, Wyoming LLC Attorney or Bizee?

Bizee costs less for the first two years. Wyoming LLC Attorney costs less from year three: $858.64 against $882 over three years, and $1,338.40 against $1,562 over five, for one Wyoming LLC with an operating agreement, registered agent, and annual report filing. Wyoming LLC Attorney costs $100.12 less each year from year two. If you file the report yourself, Bizee stays lower.

Can I build a Wyoming holding company with Bizee?

Bizee can form each LLC in a holding company as separate orders, and it publishes a guide on creating a parent LLC and subsidiary structure. The pages we checked list no parent-and-subsidiary package. Wyoming LLC Attorney files anonymous Wyoming holding companies and guides you through the setup steps; it does not give legal advice. Its sister brand LLC Attorney forms companies in other states.

Which service keeps my name off the state filing?

Wyoming LLC Attorney acts as the organizer on the Wyoming LLCs it forms, so your name does not appear on the formation documents, and private filing is included in every package. Bizee publishes a guide on anonymous LLCs and sells a virtual business address. Its order page lists a "Statement of Organizer" among included documents but does not say whose name goes on the Articles.

Can I talk to an attorney when I form with Wyoming LLC Attorney?

Yes. Every Wyoming LLC Attorney package includes access to book a consultation with a licensed business attorney. Any terms for a consultation are between you and the attorney's firm. The attorneys work at their own law firms, which are not affiliated with Wyoming LLC Attorney. Wyoming LLC Attorney itself is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

Can I form a Wyoming LLC without an SSN?

Yes. Wyoming's Articles of Organization ask for no owner information. Without an SSN or ITIN you cannot use the IRS online EIN application, and applicants based outside the US apply by phone, fax, or mail. Wyoming LLC Attorney's International+ package includes a foreign EIN and a bank application to its partner bank, which makes the final decision. Bizee's EIN guide gives the IRS phone route for international owners, and the pages we checked list no foreign EIN service.

How fast can I form a Wyoming LLC?

Wyoming LLC Attorney guarantees your filing is submitted within 24 business hours or your payment is refunded, and Wyoming makes an online filing active as soon as the online filing process is completed. Bizee's guide says it submits within one business day; its Wyoming pricing labels standard speed "3 Weeks" and offers "1 Business Day" for $50 more on Basic and Standard. Wyoming LLC Attorney's instant formation option ($249 flat plus the state fee) files in 60 minutes during business hours, or the $249 fee is refunded.
